- Zero Hedge – a highly anti-establishment finance blog with a very pessimistic view of the world, some very questionable opinions (in particular those related to any environmental limit to growth, c.f. this book), but also, in my opinion, by far the best source on finance and geopolitics out there. (More infos about the site can be gathered in the fight between Bloomberg and ZH or by reading this.)
- Twitter (with favorite follows being @zerohedge, @ProfSteveKeen, @LukeGromen, @jasonhickel, @chigrl, @DeepThroatIPO, @ttmygh and @TESLAcharts)
- Real Vision (paid subscription) – In-depth interviews about economics, finance and investing from some of the most renowned financial experts.
- TED – Ideas worth spreading, short talks on about everything.
- Bloomberg New Energy Finance – Everything related to energy, in particular to renewables.
- Mark Manson – Best personal development advices I came across. Touches self-improvement, life choices, dating, relationships and culture.
- Tim Ferriss Show – Postcast by Tim Ferris deconstructing world-class performers from eclectic areas (investing, chess, pro sports, etc.). To some extend I also read his blog.
- Le Dessous Des Cartes – Geopolitics explained in about 10 minute videos.
