I again held the above titled presentation at the Freie Universität Berlin as part of a lecture series about financial crises and the monetary system organized by the Kriwi Berlin student group. I was pleased to hear, that the now annual lecture series are gaining in popularity and that I was therefore allowed to hold my presentation in front of a somewhat large audience.
